Returns & Exchanges
Our policy is simple: If something's wrong, we'll make it right.
What can be returned?
- Unopened, unused products in original packaging: full refund within 7 days of delivery
- Defective products (manufacturing defects, damage during shipping): full refund or replacement within 14 days
What can't be returned?
- Overgrips or grips that have been applied to a racket
- Products without original packaging
- Items damaged through normal use (wall scratches on rackets, worn grip tape, etc.)
How do I start a return? Email us at hello@padelbase.pk with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the product and any defect
- Reason for return
We'll respond within 24 hours with return instructions.
Who pays for return shipping?
- If the product is defective or we made an error: we pay
- If you changed your mind: you pay return shipping
When will I get my refund? Within 5-7 business days of us receiving the returned product. Refunds go back to your original payment method.
